Deadline for reservations and final payment:

November 30, 2024

Reservations made after this date will be based on hotel availability and the group rate cannot be guaranteed.

A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.  The hotel will charge a deposit equal to the full cost price of the room for ONE night, including taxes and fees, approximately 30 days prior to arrival.

 

Change Fees:

Change Fees:  $50 administration fee at any time.

Hotel:  After November 30, 2024 and up until 8 days prior to arrival date:  Any reduction of room nights for your confirmed reservation within this period, will result in a penalty of the full cost price of the room for one night, including applicable taxes and fees, as long as the change is made PRIOR to arrival.    

Changes made within 8 days prior to arrival:  Any and all adjustments to your confirmed reservation within this period, which may include reduction in room nights, will be assessed the cost of the FULL STAY, plus applicable taxes and fees.  Early checkout prior to confirmed departure date will result in charge for FULL STAY, including applicable taxes and fees.

 

Cancellation Charges:

Cancellation Charges:  $50 administration fee at any time.

Hotel:  After November 30, 2024:  $50 cancellation charge, plus full cost price of the room for one night, including applicable taxes and fees, for cancellations up to 8 days prior to arrival.  Cancellations within 8 days prior to arrival will result in charge for FULL STAY, including applicable taxes and fees.  Early checkout prior to confirmed departure date will result in charge for FULL STAY, including applicable taxes and fees.  No-shows will result in charge for FULL STAY, including applicable taxes and fees.
