Laguna View Rooms - $299 per night, plus taxes and fees  

Laguna View Rooms are 348 square feet and come with either King Bed or 2 Queen Beds.  Amenities include balcony, 42" flat-panel LCD TV, robes, iron/ironing board, coffee/tea maker, in-room safe, and hairdryer. 

 

Pool View Rooms - $329 per night, plus taxes and fees 

Pool View Rooms are 348 square feet and come with either King Bed or 2 Queen Beds.  Amenities include balcony, 42" flat-panel LCD TV, robes, iron/ironing board, coffee/tea maker, in-room safe, and hairdryer. 

 

Ocean View Rooms - $359 per night, plus taxes and fees 

Ocean View Rooms are 348 square feet and come with either King Bed or 2 Queen Beds.  Amenities include balcony, 42" flat-panel LCD TV, robes, iron/ironing board, coffee/tea maker, in-room safe, and hairdryer.  

 

Suites and Club Rooms are available upon request.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AND ADDITIONAL COST PER PERSON:

All room rates are quoted based on single or double occupancy.  Additional occupants (18 years and older) will be charged at a rate of $40.00 per person, per night, plus applicable taxes (subject to change).  There is no charge for children 17 years of age and younger staying in the same room with parents utilizing existing bedding, but only up to 4 people allowed per room.  King Bedded rooms can sleep up to 3 adults and 2 Queen Bedded rooms can sleep up to 4 adults/children.  Rollaway beds are only permitted in regular guest rooms rooms with King Beds, for an additional fee of $25 per night, plus taxes and fees.

 

TAXES:

State and Local Taxes:  currently 9% Government Tax (subject to change)

 

MANDATORY PORTERAGE & MAID FEES:

Porterage & Maid Fees are mandatory.  The Porterage fee is $5.50 per person/roundtrip.  Room/Maid attendant fee is $2.00 per person, per day, including children (subject to change).

 

PARKING:

Self Parking fee is $25 per day.  Valet Parking fee is $32 per day.  (subject to change)

 

DEPOSIT INFORMATION:

A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. The hotel will charge a deposit equal to the full price of the room for one night, including taxes and fees, approximately 30 days prior to arrival. All additional expenses and incidentals incurred during your stay will be charged to your account and is payable upon checkout.
