Passports & Visas: Each U.S. citizen must have a valid passport.
Expiry date of passports should be at least 6 months after the return date of conference. Holders of non-U.S. passports should contact their nearest consulate and inquire about the necessary passport or visa documentation required for entry into Canada.
DEADLINE FOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
June 1, 2024, or until sold out
Reservations made after this date will be based on hotel availability and the group rate cannot be guaranteed.
A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. The hotel will charge 1 night room and tax approximately 30 days prior to arrival.
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION CHARGES:
Written notification of cancellations must be received by June 1, 2024. Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone. Please send an email to 99s@akatravelteam.com or by regular mail.
