Palace Tower Resort View Rooms - $399 per night, plus taxes and fees  

Unwind in this 500 square foot room with private lanai, seating area, marble bathrooms, double sink vanity, a walk-in shower or shower/tub combo and Hawaiian classic décor.  These beautiful rooms come with either King Bed or 2 Queen Beds.  Amenities include private lanai (balcony or walkout patio on ground floor), 65" flat-panel LCD TV, streaming services, small chiller, robes, iron/ironing board, Nespresso machine, Coco Mango toiletries, in-room safe, hairdryer, and 24-hour in room dining. 

 

Palace Tower Golf View Rooms - $429 per night, plus taxes and fees 

Take in views of the pool as you unwind in this 500 square foot room with private lanai, seating area, marble bathrooms, double sink vanity, a walk-in shower or shower/tub combo and Hawaiian classic décor.  These beautiful rooms come with either King Bed or 2 Queen Beds.  Amenities include private lanai (balcony or walkout patio on ground floor), 65" flat-panel LCD TV, streaming services, small chiller, robes, iron/ironing board, Nespresso machine, Coco Mango toiletries, in-room safe, hairdryer, and 24-hour in room dining. 

 

Palace Tower Ocean View Rooms - $439 per night, plus taxes and fees 

Take in the partial views of the ocean as you unwind in this 500 square foot room with private lanai, seating area, marble bathrooms, double sink vanity, a walk-in shower or shower/tub combo and Hawaiian classic décor.  These beautiful rooms come with either King Bed or 2 Queen Beds.  Amenities include private lanai (balcony or walkout patio on ground floor), 65" flat-panel LCD TV, streaming services, small chiller, robes, iron/ironing board, Nespresso machine, Coco Mango toiletries, in-room safe, hairdryer, and 24-hour in room dining. 

 

Palace Tower Garden Lanai Rooms (ground floor) - $449 per night, plus taxes and fees 

Take in the ocean views as you unwind in this 500 square foot room with private lanai, seating area, marble bathrooms, double sink vanity, a walk-in shower or shower/tub combo and Hawaiian classic décor.  These beautiful rooms come with either King Bed or 2 Queen Beds.  Amenities include private lanai (balcony or walkout patio on ground floor), 65" flat-panel LCD TV, streaming services, small chiller, robes, iron/ironing board, Nespresso machine, Coco Mango toiletries, in-room safe, hairdryer, and 24-hour in room dining. 

 

Suites and rooms in Makai Tower are available upon request.

 

CHECK-IN TIME:  4:00 PM          CHECK-OUT TIME:  11:00 AM

 

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AND ADDITIONAL COST PER PERSON:

All room rates are quoted based on single or double occupancy.  Additional occupants (18 years and older) will be charged at a rate of $50.00 per person, per night, plus applicable taxes.  There is no charge for children 17 years of age and younger staying in the same room with parents utilizing existing bedding, but only up to 4 people allowed per room.  King Bedded rooms can sleep up to 3 adults and 2 Queen Bedded rooms can sleep up to 4 adults/children.  Rollaway beds are only permitted in regular guest rooms with King Beds, for an additional fee of $50 per night, plus taxes and fees (subject to change).

Porterage Service Charges are mandatory for all groups and are currently $9.50 per person, roundtrip, plus applicable taxes, which are  currently at 17.962% (subject to change).  This rate is based on two (2) bags per person.  Room Attendant Gratuity is optional and up to the individual - suggested  gratuity is $2.50 per day, per room.

 

Rates are effective for arrivals on Thursday, January 1, 2026 to departures on Saturday, January 10, 2026, based on availability.  

 

TAXES:

Taxes:  currently 17.962% for sales and resort taxes (subject to change)

 

MANDATORY RESORT FEE:

Discounted Resort Fee is $35 per night, plus applicable taxes at time of check-in.

PARKING:

Self Parking is $48.00 tax inclusive per car, per day (subject to change) to all registered guests.

Valet Parking is available at $55.00 tax inclusive per car, per day (subject to change).

 

DEPOSIT INFORMATION:

A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. The hotel will charge a deposit equal to the full price of the room for one night, including taxes and fees, approximately 30 days prior to arrival. All additional expenses and incidentals incurred during your stay will be charged to your account and is payable upon checkout.
