DEADLINE FOR RESERVATIONS:
June 1, 2021
Reservations made after this date will be based on hotel availability and the group rate cannot be guaranteed.
A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. The hotel will charge 1 night room and tax approximately 30 days prior to arrival.
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION CHARGES:
Written notification of cancellations must be received by June 1, 2021. Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone. Please send an email to 99s@akatravelteam.com or by regular mail.
REGISTRATION: If cancellation is received before June 1, 2021, full refund less $50; received between June 1 and June 15, 2021, full refund less $75; NO refunds will be given after June 15, 2021. $15 fee for each guest cancellation. Substitutions will be accepted any time.
HOTEL: A $50 processing fee will be charged for hotel cancellations prior to June 1, 2021. After June 1, 2021, the hotel will charge a 1 night room and tax penalty in addition to the $50 processing fee.
OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES: A $50 processing fee willl be charged for tour cancellations prior to June 1, 2021. After June 1, 2021, no refund unless tours are resold. Tours that do not meet the minimum requirements are subject to cancellation. All monies will be refunded in the vent the tour is cancelled.
