This hotel offers modern accommodations and amenities, including an indoor pool, fire pit, and bike rentals. Hotel Champlain places guests within walking distance of shops, cafes and restaurants of the historic Church Street Marketplace. Echo Lake Aquarium as well as the Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream corporate office are also nearby.

Many of today's conveniences, such as wireless internet access, are a standard at Hotel Champlain. Guests can also enjoy dining at the onsite restaurant, working out in the fitness center or swimming in the indoor heated pool. Complimentary bike rentals and an outdoor fire pit are also available.

 

Run of House Rooms - One King Bed or 2 Queen Beds - $309 USD per night, plus taxes and fees

Relax in the comfort of our well-appointed King Bed or 2 Queen Bedded rooms. Locally designed with Lake Champlain themes, our newly renovated rooms offers a perfect place to unwind and enjoy all that Burlington has to offer.  Our room block are Run of House rooms and views cannot be guaranteed.  Rooms come with hairdryer, iron/ironing board, 250 thread count sheets, bathroom amenities, and radio alarm clocks.  Rooms with King Bed can accommodate up to two guests and rooms with 2 Queen Beds can accommodate up to four guests.

TAXES AND FEES:

The above rates are subject to  applicable taxes and fees per night, currently 11%, plus $1.50 Destination Marketing Fee, and $1.00 Service Fee.  The hotel also has a $25.00 Daily Resort Fee.  The Resort Fee ($25/day) provides the following benefits:  food/beverage credit of $10 (per day) in Lily May’s Café and select items in the gift shop; premium guest room Wi-Fi; unlimited access to guest floor beverage pantries; use of the hotel’s pool, whirlpool, fitness center, and seasonal sports equipment.  Attendees will be asked upon check-in at the hotel if they would like to opt into the Daily Resort Fee.  Taxes and fees are subject to change.

A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. The hotel will charge 1 night  room and tax to the credit card approximately 30 days prior to arrival.  Debit or Credit card must be presented at check-in and will be authorized for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals.  

Rates above are based for 1-2 persons per room.  Rooms with two beds can accommodate up to four persons – the 3^rd and 4^th persons will be an additional $20 per person/per night.

PARKING:

Managed by the City of Burlington, the hotel has a conveniently located parking garage connected to the hotel via a walking bridge on the 3rd floor of the adjacent parking garage. This walking bridge will get you to our Mezzanine level of the hotel, just one floor above our lobby and registration desks. Valet parking is $30.00 per night with in and out privileges. Self-parking is $16.00 per night and oversized parking is $75.00 per night. Oversized vehicles can be parked by our valet team for an additional fee. You can access the parking garage from both 60 Battery Street and 60 College Street.  Parking rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
